The Catalog tab on the Admin Dashboard is where administrators set embargoes in bulk — controlling when files and previews become available and when they expire. Like the Permissions tab, it uses a custom layout rather than the standard list.

Files and Previews

A radio toggle switches between the two things you can embargo:
  • Files — the downloadable deliverables.
  • Previews — the web-playable previews.

Finding what to embargo

Use the filters to narrow the list to the items you want:
  • StudioProjectAsset — drill down from a studio to a project to specific assets.
  • Verified — limit to verified items (on by default).
Select one or more rows, then apply embargo dates to the whole selection at once.

Embargo dates

FieldMeaning
Embargo LockWhen the content becomes available (the embargo’s start).
Embargo LiftWhen the content expires (the embargo’s end).
The Catalog tab manages embargo timing in bulk. Individual embargoes can also be set elsewhere — for example during ingest — and per-grant embargo control lives under Permissions.
