When the team is available

The platform runs continuously, but the production team is available Monday 1:00 AM – Saturday 12:00 AM (Pacific Time), with weekend support for urgent matters. Times follow Pacific Time — PDT (UTC−7) in summer, PST (UTC−8) in winter.
Localization vendors have different hours — see Localization vendors.

How to get help

  • Report a Bug — use the in-app Report a Bug button (bottom-right of the platform) for problems with the app.
  • Email — reach the Pixwel team at platform@pixwel.com for access requests, restricted files, and other help.
  • Your administrator — for access to projects, studios, or permissions, your Pixwel administrator manages your group.
